yeah the password reset is a bit broken, it works sometimes, other times it dont. might be because it's case sensitive but there is no uppercase on the font. IDK just a random guess.
Did you receive the e-mail and enter the correct information? If you didn't receive an email it's because you need user to get the e-mail, and if you did then clicked the link and filled it out, double-check the info is right. I recommend using the hints if you're stuck or refreshing the game if it's still not working.
Its a fun idea and I hope you keep working on it, I think there is a lot of potential for a game where you have accesses to other peoples computers and need to achieve certain goals by digging through their files.
i know this is just a basic game but it has a glitch that if you click the shut down button multiple times you can make the end cutsene appear every time you click it and it even works after a few hours after beating the game
but either ways its a 9/10 tho it is very hard but thats the point i guess

the bank puzzle doesn't work. i put in all the right answers, and still nothing.
Are you sure you put in the right info?
Use the hints to make sure, you need the last 3 of them. Worked for me.

Quite a nice game, I felt very smart for solving the puzzles. The graphics are also really nice :)
